A Newcastle Architect approached us to create a High Quality structure of the Building she designed and to create as well the Tender Documentation according to our Building Cost Classification System.

We created a high Quality Structure and a Tender Documentation so the Client could get a Contract with a Builder for a Fixed Price without having any surprises with extra costs.

So we have a happy Client and Builder.
