CPS Project Management was engaged from the Client to carry out special work after the DA was approved.

We did the fine and detail planning of the whole Project.

Included was besides the detail planning as well the Tender Documentation according to our BCC System, check all Quotes from Builders and create the Main Contract with the Builder. As well we had to support the Builder and the Subcontractors.
